How do I use CRM to create a repeatable sales process?
Text:

Successful sales professionals understand that one of the keys to success is a consistent process.  Providing a repeatable experience for customers without a well-documented and executed strategy can be a challenge. Once you have created a powerful sales methodology, the next step is determining the best way to apply it uniformly and consistently across your entire sales organization.  Microsoft CRM uses Workflow Manager to automate the sales processes put in place by organizations.

Periodically Microsoft Business Solutions will give free Webcasts to discuss various points of Microsoft CRM.  For a listing of those Webcasts, please visit http://www.microsoft.com/BusinessSolutions/upcoming_mbs_webcasts.aspx.

To address this topic specifically, Microsoft Business Solutions has a webcast titled 'Microsoft CRM: Advanced' that will give you the opportunity to learn how Microsoft CRM can give your sales force the tools to execute your processes and win more business.  Check the website above for dates and times.
